The 2025 edition of the Formula Global Shootout Program (FGSP) concludes at the iconic Circuit du Var in France, marking yet another milestone in the global search for emerging motorsport talent. After three intense days of evaluations, 19-year-old Sachel Rotgé from France was declared the winner, earning a fully funded seat in the 2025 FIA Indian F4 Championship.
Hosted in collaboration with the AGS Formula 1 Team, the FGSP 2025 brought together 12 young drivers from 10 different countries, all vying for a chance to compete in one of the world’s most exciting Formula 4 championships – Indian F4.

The Formula Global Shootout Program is not just about raw speed. Over three carefully structured days, participants were tested across all aspects of modern driver development – mental conditioning, physical fitness, simulator performance, and on-track capabilities. Judged by Motorsport Champions:
This year’s program was again overseen by Raoul Hyman, a two-time Indian Racing League Champion and Formula Regional Americas Champion, who served as the judge of fact. His involvement added tremendous value to the process, ensuring that the evaluation standards matched international expectations.
A Big Step for Sachel Rotgé:
After rigorous testing and close competition, Sachel Rotgé emerged on top. The young French driver now sets his sights on India, where he will race with a fully backed seat in the FIA Indian F4 Championship 2025. His selection highlights the growing international appeal of Formula 4 India as a platform for developing future champions.
